輸送業者より破損が多いため改善命令を受けました。どうやらそちらの梱包方法に問題があるようです。
皿は間にaを敷き積み重ね固定するように外側をaで三重に巻いてください
カップはハンドル部分をケアするようにaで二重に巻いてください
いずれも商品の梱包が不十分な場合はその上からaを追加で巻いてください
bの量が少ない為輸送中にダンボールの中身が動いてぶつかる為破損に繋がっているようです。bは必ずダンボール一杯まで詰めて下さい
重いものは下に、軽いものを上に。中身の配置にも気を配ってください

We were ordered to improve by transportation company since a number of stuff have been broken down . The cause of the trouble seems to be the way you package it. a must be placed by layer between trays to be fixed by binding outside with a three fold.
The cup must be bound double with a as if supporting the handle.
If any package has not been packaged perfectly, bind a from top additionally.
The volume of b is small and it seems to cause breaking down as a result that the contents of the cardbord box collide during transportation. Please fill b to the full in the cardboard box.
Put heavy stuff at the bottom whereas light stuff at the top. Please pay attention to arrangement of the contents as well.

In any case, if you think that the packing is not enough for the item, please wrap with additional “a” on top of the bundled pack.
