こちらの商品は「リージョンフリー」になりますので、国に関係なく使用することが出来ます。
また、「NTSC」方式でも、Xbox360本体で「PAL」方式に変換可能なので使用に問題はありません。
モニターがアナログ接続の場合はデジタル接続に変更する必要があります。

Also it can be used with NTSC or as PAL on the Xbox 360 without any problems.

Also, conversion between NTSC formatting and the PAL formatting as found in the Xbox360.
