I first though that the damage was incurred during shipping, but upon closer inspection of the damaged area I can see traces of glue.
This means that glue was used on the damage at the place of origin, and it seems it came undone during transport.
I ordered brand-new items from you, but this clearly differs from the product description, so I would like to return the shipment.
Regarding the request the other day about what A has in stock, was there any reply?
If I can order from your dealer acquaintance, would that be a possibility?

I initially thought that it was a damage caused during shipping, but upon inspecting the broken part, I saw traces of glue on it. I think this means that the broken part was glued together beforehand, and it came apart during shipping. I bought it as a new item from you, but this is obviously different from what was described, so I would like to return it.
