21世紀を迎えましたが、現代文明の閉塞をいかに打開すべきか、また、しうるのか、その方途は依然として昏迷を続けております。
私たちはいまだ新しい時代を担う新しい知的パラダイムを持つに至っていません。変動する世界の構造を批判的に剔抉し、歴史の趨勢に棹さすためにも、今ほど批判精神の求められている時はないでしょう。
私たちは出版活動を通して、新たな知的・実践的パラダイムを読者とともに模索し続けてまいります。

Although we entered the 21st entury, the ways to breakthrough the stagnation of the modern civilization have been in a stupor and we still don't know how we could do it or if we could do it.
We haven't been able to find a new intellectual paradigm which is a bearer of a new era yet. We have never demanded the spirit of criticism more than we do now to exposure the fluctuant structure of the world and move with the trend of history.
We will continue to search for a new intellecture/practical paradigm through the publication activity.

As we entered the new millennium, we still are at a loss in getting answers as to whether we should, and if 'yes' whether we can, breaksthrough the stagnation of the modern civilaization.
We have not yet come to pessess the paradigm for our intellect that leads the new era ahead. In view of being able to depict critically the changing structure of the world, and to go with the historical trends, there never were times when critical faculties were needed this much as they are now.
Through our publishing we pursue with our readers the new paradigm that are of intellectual and practical kind.
