荷受人の氏名（会社名）欄が空白のため、税関を通過できず止まっているとのことです。
こちらに運送会社より税関で止まっている連絡がなかったため確認出来ませんでした。

I contacted with the shipping company about the item.
Because the name of consignee (company name) column is blank, it can not pass through the customs.
We were unable to know it because there was no contact from the shipping company that the item was stopped at customs.
So please prepare an explanation including our company name, address and contents detail again to the customs as soon as possible.
After it passes the customs please deliver to us.
I think perhaps it could arrive in two or three days.

We didn't know it because we didn't receive a contact from courier company about the situation.
We have explained your company name and address, contents of the parcel, to customs service again and asked them to screen out the item just before.
I heard as soon as the item is pass through, it will be delivered to us.
I guess it will take 2 to 3 days.

We have not confirmed because the delivery company did not inform us about.
We have immediately informed our company name, address and the description of the item, and requested them to expedite the customs’ processing.
They told me that they will deliver the item once it is cleared at the customs.
I think that it will take two to three days for being delivered to our company.
