沖縄県の経済・文化の発展向上を目指し、沖縄と本土の経済人が協力・交流している沖縄懇話会は、来年11月に国際商談会「沖縄大交易会」、今年11月にプレ交易会を開催する。
世界的な日本食ブームと経済成長著しいアジアを背景に、日本産農林水産物の輸出拡大の期待が高まっているなか、国内外の食品流通事業者を招いて日本の農林水産事業者との質の高い個別商談会を沖縄で開催。
沖縄のハブ化を促進し、日本の農林水産物等の海外販路創出・拡大に寄与することを目的としている。
