本稿の目的は、小規模の企業が多く、再編が進行しない医療機器流通業を対象として、再編が進行した医薬品流通業との比較を通じてその構造を明らかにすることにある。具体的には、医療機関向けの商品が多い医薬品流通業と医療機器流通業とを市場規模や取引慣行、主な事業者、商品の特性等の比較・検討を行うことにより、なぜ医療機器流通の再編が進行しないのかを検証することに主眼がある。

I look for a person who can 1) research listed items at eBay, then, 2) research the same item in Japanese on-line shop, and then, 3) make CSV file based on the research in Japan and list them to eBay.
I am thinking of the most important is how fast an item is being listed at eBay. For example, this item was sold in Japanese on-line shop at $1000.00 before, but it is impossible to find it anywhere. If it was listed immediately, I could have earned $1000.00 as a profit.
