I could not remove the white spot on your doll. It looks like it's damaged. Also, I was disappointed by shaggy part when I opened the nose hole. It wasn't white, nose hole was neatly and smoothly finished, and milk powder was not put on, do you consider it's finished? The white stuff on your doll could not come off, which now looks scarred. Also rough edges left around the nasal holes were regrettable. Would it be possible for you to complete it with a smooth processing around the nasal holes and without using milk powder? While your dolls are adorable and I wish to make a purchase again, this particular dole left much to be desired so I wish to receive your thought. It is so unfortunate. Unfortunately, the white spots on your doll cannot be removed. It's still like it's been scarred with it.
