前回注文分の検品を先ほど終えたのですが、以下のアイテムに破損がありました。
A・・・一箇所に割れ
B・・・三箇所に割れ
添付画像をご確認ください。
つきましては、前回同様、割れたネオン管の代替品を送ってください。
なお、私は他の業者からもネオン管を仕入れており、
その業者から過去100台以上注文していますが、これまで一度も割れて届いたことはありません。
その業者の梱包方法の画像も添付しますので参考にしてください。
※ネオン管の隙間に緩衝シートを詰めています。

I finished inspecting my last order a little while ago but the following items were damaged.
A... broken in one place
B... broken in three places
Please see the picture's I've attached.
Therefore, please send me replacement neon tubes identical to my last order.
Furthermore, I'm also buying neon tubes from other sellers and I've ordered over 100 of them and not a single one had been broken before.
I've also attached pictures of their packaging methods so please take a look at them as well.
*They stuff a buffer sheet in the neon tube's crevices.
That aside, my next order is as follows.
