しかし、必要なケアをせずに、不安のある時はサプリメントを増やすという事をしてきて、うまくいかなかった。今後は、そういった悪循環を自分自身で止める事が出来る様になると思う。


Oタイプの見捨てられた感覚の強い、とてもケアを必要としているタイプのCtだと私は思う。
忍耐と共に私はCtの感じたくない感情により一緒にCtの感覚と共にいる事ができると思う。
私はクライアントの全体とより一緒にいる事ができると思う。

Yet, it did not go well because I did not do enough care and I was increasing on the amount of supplement when I felt anxious. From now on, I think I can stop this bad cycle by myself.

I think it is a type of Ct whom need care very much like type 0 whom feels like being isolated.
I think with patient, I can be with the feeling of Ct with the emotion Ct does not want to feel.
I think I can be more closer to whole clients.
