As expected, a video is better, since it gives the customers more peace of mind.
If you shoot some more videos in the future, send them to me.
About the letter, if the customers had your letter instead of that text in the net, the impression would be more real, I think it would give them more of a sense of safety.
The sentences don't have to be that long, so write a letter informing that you send out goods that you have confidence in, to Japanese FTM. Enclose our signature too.
I'm waiting for a positive answer.
