条件は最低２０％位の利益です。また評価が最低でも２００前後の日本人セラーです。何故なら優秀なセラーは売れそうな商品を利益がしっかり取れるように着実に出品をしています。これが販売履歴がなくてもよい条件です。
私の経験上、例えば貴方が探したセラー以外の販売者が同じ商品を販売していました.

My condition is profit level of at least 20% or so. In addition, it has to be a Japanese seller that has at least 200 points in the evaluation. This is because good sellers put products in a profitable way. This is the condition for not considering their sales history.
