追跡番号付の発送方法で送っていただけるとありがたいです。メール便の伝票を商品と一緒にお送りしました。荷物に弊社の住所を記載したラベルを貼っていただき、ピンク色の伝票と一緒にコンビニエンスストアに持ち込んでいただくと、簡単に送ることができます。もしくは、ヤマト運輸に直接お電話していただいても、すぐに引き取りにきてくれます。荷物は届いたときに梱包されていた状態のままお送りいただけるようお願いいたします。荷物が届き次第、返送料金として500円をアカウントに返金させていただきます。

I would appreciate it if you could ship it with a tracking number. I sent the order number with the item. Please put the label which our address is written on the package and bring it with a pink expense sheet to a convenience store so you can ship it easily. Or please call Yamato directly and they will pick the item up for you. Please ship the item as it arrived. After we receive the item back, we will give you 500yen back to your account.
