追跡番号付の発送方法で送っていただけるとありがたいです。メール便の伝票を商品と一緒にお送りしました。荷物に弊社の住所を記載したラベルを貼っていただき、ピンク色の伝票と一緒にコンビニエンスストアに持ち込んでいただくと、簡単に送ることができます。もしくは、ヤマト運輸に直接お電話していただいても、すぐに引き取りにきてくれます。荷物は届いたときに梱包されていた状態のままお送りいただけるようお願いいたします。荷物が届き次第、返送料金として500円をアカウントに返金させていただきます。
It will be great if you can ship us the product with the shipping method with the tracking number. We have sent you an invoice for the mail order along with the product. Please attach the label with our address already printed to the shipping item and bring it over to a convenience store with the invoice in pink. So you will be able to ship it right away. Or, please call Yamato Express, then they will come to pick it up right away. Please pack the shipment as the same when you received it. As soon as we receive it, we will refund $500 back on your account as a refund fee.
