来日日程、滞在期間は既に決まってますか？コスト次第ですが、できれば取材用に１日（５時間ほど）確保したいです。負担するコストは、到着後空港からホテルの移動と１日分の宿泊代を３人分で大丈夫ですか？5月の来日の日本側の担当プロモーターとも話をする必要があるので、よければ連絡先を教えてくれませんか？ツアーが前提なので、まだ具体的に進めてないですが、こちらもイベントに出演する可能性を探ってます。その際はA社には随時確認します。春から夏に招待できればベストだけど、予算が厳しそうです。

Have you decided a schedule of visit to Japan and duration of visit? It depends on cost, but I would like you to secure a day (more or less 5 hours) for an interview. We can cover transportation cost from the airport to the hotel after your arrival and a day's accommodation fee for three people. Are these enough? We need to talk with the Japanese promoter of your visit in May. Could you let me know his contact? Also during that visit, we are considering your presentment into an event, although that visit is basically for the tour and we haven't concretize it yet. We will confim A as needed. It will be the best to invite you in spring or summer, but it's going to be too pricy for our budget.

Have you already set your schedule, the term of your stay in Japan? It's depend on the costs, but we would like to schedule for one day (about five hours) for an interview with you. Are the costs the transportation charge from the airport to the hotel and one night hotel charge for three people? The tour is our priority but we're also thinking to include you in some events if your time allows. But nothing has been set in detail, yet. If anything we are going to plan for you, we will contact A company and keep them informed constantly. We would like to invite you in Japan sometime around the end of this Spring to this Summer but the budget may be too tight.
