こんにちは。
当社は時計カテゴリーの出品許可を申請し、2月の16日に最終の返答をもらっている。
しかしながら、その返事は待ってほしいという物であり、私達は約一ヶ月間待っているが未だに返答はもらえていない。
残念な事に私達は時計屋のため、時計以外の出品アイテムを持ってはいない。そして2ヶ月目の月額登録費用がアカウントに請求されています。許可をもらえればすぐにでも販売を始められるが、許可をもらえず、販売が出来ず、月額登録料だけは請求されています。この問題を解決してほしい。

Hello.
We applied for sales permit of the watch category and received final answer on February 16th.
However, we were asked to wait for the reply and have not received any reply after waiting for around a month.
Unfortunately, since we are a watch seller we do not have any items to sell other than watches. Additionally, monthly registration fee for the 2nd month is being charged on the account. If we can receive permit, we can immediately start selling which we have not, and although we are unable to sell anything, we are being charged for the monthly registration fee. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
