こんにちは。
当社は時計カテゴリーの出品許可を申請し、2月の16日に最終の返答をもらっている。
しかしながら、その返事は待ってほしいという物であり、私達は約一ヶ月間待っているが未だに返答はもらえていない。

残念な事に私達は時計屋のため、時計以外の出品アイテムを持ってはいない。そして2ヶ月目の月額登録費用がアカウントに請求されています。許可をもらえればすぐにでも販売を始められるが、許可をもらえず、販売が出来ず、月額登録料だけは請求されています。この問題を解決してほしい。

Hello,
We applied for a permit of selling watches and the last reply we received was on Feb 16th.
However, we were told to wait and we haven't heard anything since then.

We are afraid but we sell only watches and we don't have other items to sell. Also the monthly fee has been charged already. If we receive the permit, we can start selling items. However we haven't had the permit so we are not able to sell, but the monthly fee has been charged. Please solve this issue.
