日本では、箱を含めた付属品全て揃って新品と言います。
付属品が無かったり、箱が破損している場合、新品として販売することはできません。
次回以降、次の2点を徹底していただきたいと思います。
1.なるべくキレイな状態の商品を優先的に選ぶ
2.輸送中に箱が破損しないよう、厳重に梱包をする
ほとんどの場合、上記2点を徹底していただくことにより、リスクを最小限に抑えることができます。
また、オイル漏れが懸念される商品に関しては、キャップの緩みやパッケージの破損等がないかを確認お願いします。

If even an accessory is missing, or the package is broken, we cannot sell it as a brand‐new product.
From next time, please make sure the following 2 points:
1. Choose articles in the best condition as priority.
2. Pack the article very carefully not to be broken during the transport.
In most cases, we can minimize the risk as small as possible by practicing those 2 above thoroughly.
