予算は○ドルほどしかなく、大変少ない状況なのです。私たちもカメラは持ってくるのですが、望遠カメラでの撮影はあまり自信がない状況です。フォトグラファーの稼動はイベント時の1時間程度で十分です。イベント時以外の写真はこちら側のカメラで撮影します。もし難しそうでしたら遠慮なく言ってください。その場合は、なんとかこちら側で最大限上手く撮影できるよう練習します。カメラの撮影位置は当日打合せする形で大丈夫でしょうか？前回と同じカメラマンが同行するので、打合せ時にポジションを相談したいです

Our budget is about $○○ and it is a really small amount of money. We will also bring out cameras, but we are not good at taking photos with telescopic cameras. We will need photographers for only 1 hour during the event. We will take photos by ourselves after and before the event. Please feel free to tell me if it is difficult.
