5D'sは最初の遊戯王シリーズから数十年後の話です
これまでの遊戯王シリーズは立ったままデュエルをしていましたが、5D'sはバイクに乗りながらデュエルを行うというライディングデュエルという方法に進化しました
主人公は不動遊星といって、とても冷静で感情を表に出さないクールな性格です
自分でバイクを作ったり、大会に出場する仲間全員分のバイクやスケボーを作ったりメンテナンスをするなど、とても技術力があります
仲間思いですが、仲間にあまり心配をかけさせたくないため一人で抱え込んでしまいます

5D's takes places a few decades after the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series.
While the previous series features stationary dueling, 5D's introduces an evolved form of dueling called a "riding duel" in which players duel on motorcycles.
The protagonist is Fudou Yuusei, a cool and collected character who rarely lets his emotions show.
He's very good with technology: he built his own motorcycle, and also builds and does maintenance on his friends' tournament bikes and skateboards.
He is deeply attached to his friends, but tends to keep his problems to himself as he does not want to worry them.

しかし、物語が進むにつれ周りの仲間と打ち解けていき、後半では少しですが自ら仲間に頼む場面もあったりと遊星の成長も見られます！
またジャック・アトラスとクロウというキャラクターは遊星の幼馴染で、多く物語に登場します。一度は仲違えたがジャックと遊星でしたが、デュエルを通してお互いの力を認め昔のような絆に戻る姿は感動します！
私は遊戯王シリーズの中でも遊星がかっこよくて本当に好きなので、ぜひみなさんにも彼のかっこよさを見てほしいです！

His childhood friends Jack Atlas and Crow also appear regularly in the story. Despite their previous falling-out, Jack and Yuusei come to recognize each others' strengths through dueling, and reforge their former bond. It's truly a moving scene!
I think Yuusei is the coolest character in the Yu-Gi-Oh series, and I hope you will come to appreciate him too!
