Kougami Shinya
この物語の主人公で、ハウンドthreeと呼ばれています。
元々はエリート監視官であったのですが、ある事件をきっかけに犯罪係数が上がってしまい、執行官へとなりました。なのでKougami Shinyaとは元同僚となります。
Shinyaとの間には、信頼し合っているのですが、ぎこちないものが垣間見えるときがあります。余談ですが、こういった関係を持つ二人は同人作家には人気ですよ。

Originally, he was an elite inspector, but in the wake of an incident which increased the crime rate, he became a court enforcement officer. So I became former co-workers with Kougami Shinya.
Between Shinya and I, we trust each other but sometimes there are glimpse of awkwardness. Incidentally, two people with such relationship are famous among coterie writers.

彼の魅力は何といってもその強靭な肉体でしょう！彼がアニメ内で動いているシーンは、筋トレをしているか、闘っているかのどちらかしかない、と言っても過言ではないでしょう。
ヒロインのTsunemori Akaneからは慕われており、お互いその気持ちに気付いているのかいないのか、、、。
なにはともあれ、細マッチョに抱かれたい(>_<)という願望のある素敵な女性は彼のことがたちまち好きになってしまうでしょう！男の僕ですら、抱かれたい(>_<)と思ってしまうくらいですから！
