まず、「小さな粒状」の緩衝材は今後絶対に使用しないでください。

本体の隙間にびっしりと入り込んで、取り除くのがとても大変です。
次に、「AAA」に関して、届いた時に一箇所割れていました。

I received 7 items out of the entire order yesterday.
I have not received the remaining 8 items.
I'm so unsatisfied with this deal because of poor packing.
First of all, please do not use "small particles" type of cushion again in the future.
They stick into the hollows of the main unit all over and it's very difficult to remove them.
Next, regarding "AAA", one part was broken on arrival.
Please make refund or send replacement.
I'd like to maintain long term relationship with you,
so I'll be waiting for your favorable reply.
