Axioo says that its mobiles are made up of 30 percent Indonesian components at present.

The company wants to put in more local components in the next few years.

At the moment, Evercoss is setting up another factory in a nearby area. This time, the factory will be able to produce smartphones components and will employ an extra 2,500 workers.

Besides Indonesia, the phone brand plans to launch in other Southeast Asian countries.

The item also says that there is a 2 year warranty on the item but the warranty that customer received shows that the warranty is only covered in japan which does customer no good. The 1.0 version of the app hit China’s Android and iOS app stores yesterday, and while it immediately shot to the top of the charts, it hasn’t actually been working for many users. Xiaomi to invest $1B in content to make its smart TV more appealing

Xiaomi founder Lei Jun took to his Weibo page today to reveal that the disruptive gadget maker is to invest US$1 billion in building up content for its smart TV users.

Xiaomi unleashed its smart TV OS in early 2013, available initially only via a cheap set-top box. Xiaomi later released a smart TV, dubbed MiTV (pictured above).

Alibaba YunOS 3.0 Introduces Local Services, Too

Alibaba launched today YunOS 3.0, the latest version of the customized Android system by the company. The major update is the introduction of a “Life Services Center”(not official translation).

The “Center” offers several categories of online and local services, movie tickets, lottery tickets, food & restaurants, music, reading, etc. Users are able to book restaurants or buy movie tickets without leaving it.
