We repair it and restore the leather with some special grease, normally this service cost around 50 euro, but in this special case I have agreed with the factory to make it free of charge.
We send it back (at the client’s expense)

Shipping department told me that in order to ship the parcel from Italy to Japan it will cost around 100 euro (the precise calculation can only be done later when the parcel is made). This Antique English Walker & Hall Silver Plated Bow & Floral Decorated Adams Shape and Style Coffee Pot c. 1880 is in absolutely amazing condition with no dents, damage or repairs at all apart from a small base rim dent that could easily be knocked out with a wooden mallet if desired and I mention only for complete item description accuracy.
detail in the decorations including raised bows, fluting, bead work and floral decorations are second to none. There are a couple of the smallest areas of plating wear smaller than small fingernail areas. The stunning solid ebony handle and finial are prefect and the inside is in excellent condition also.

Hello, I got the disk system today. One problem I have with the system is I tried putting a game in and it says Now Loading and the disk system just makes a humming noise and it's stuck on loading the game. Was the belt new?
