返金は我々に商品が到着し商品の確認が出来次第、数日中に手続きが開始されます

商品が未開封かつ破損が無い状態であれば商品代金の全額が返金されますが開封や破損があった場合は50%の返金となります
お客様都合による返品の場合、お支払い頂いた送料に関しましては返金出来かねます
また返送に掛かる送料はお客様の負担となります
返送途中に商品の紛失事故などがあった場合は返金が出来かねます
高額な商品の場合はお客様にて運送保険を追加される事をお勧めします

We will start processing for refund once we got the package and confirmed the condition.

If the items you ordered are neither unopened nor undamaged, we will give you a full refund, but if you either opened or damaged, we will give you 50% refund.
We are afraid that we cannot refund the shipping cost if the return is requested by the customer.
In case of returning, all the shipping cost have to be paid by buyers.
