最初に我々の今年度の体制を説明させて頂きます。我々の上位組織としてAがあり執行委員長、専従者がそれぞれおります。その下に執行委員が2名おります。今年度は部署の委員長が入れ替わりBさん他4名で来年3月まで担当します。その下にチーム毎8名の委員がおります。尚私は所定の任期3年を過ぎているため年度途中で交代予定です。また休暇残業の状況を確認させて頂きました。もちろん協定違反はありませんでしたが90を超過している人が5名おり改善が必要と考えます。業務の偏り等を減らして頂きたいです。
For the first, Let me explain about our organization framework of this year.We have parent organization A, and there is a chairman and family employees.And two executive committee works under chairman and family employees.The chairman is going to change this year. B and 4 PIC is going to handle it until March next year. And 8 executive committees are going to work under this.I will be replaced in the middle of this year because my terms are supposed to be 3 years and I have already finished it.Also I have confirmed about holiday over time, Of course there was nothing wrong but 5 people were over 90. So we need to make it better, I would like you to make it even the distribution of tasks.
