彼女が持っている、提出可能な公的な身分証明書は、日本国発行の運転免許証、日本国発行の"国民健康保険証"の2種類です。

The official identifications that she has and she is able to submit are these two: the driver's license issued by Japan and the national health insurance card issued by Japan.

This item is made in China as indicated in the item description page but its production control and inspections are done in Japan and the product is sold in Japan.

However if you would still like to proceed with return, we will accept it but the shipping charges for the return must be paid by customer. Please refer to the following policies:
- If the item is not opened, we will refund the price of the product by 100 percent
- If it is opened, we will refund the price of the product by 75 percent
- If it is used, return is not acceptable
