I have received an email requesting to returning the goods bought last April and for returning the money.
We have a rule for returns that it should be asked to us within 30 days of its purchase.
We therefore are not in position to comply with this claim for the damage 10 months after its purchase of the goods.

ワンシーズン着用したサイクリングジャージです。あまり目立ちませんが、両腕部分にいくつかのピンホールのようなダメージがあります。発送は、日本の横浜からJapan PostのSmall Packetsの航空便を利用します。ニューヨーク なら7日程度、ロサンジェルスなら6日程度で届きます。
