I can not handle English orally, so contact by phone call is not possible. Do you have any Japanese speaking staff?

Mail posted at my page on Amazon.com advised that the ordered item had been dispatched to a forwarder in Oregon. It seems that you shipped it to the forwarder, not to me here in Japan directly. Please check the status and let me know by return.

If direct shippment to Japan is still possible, please let me know how additional shipping charge should be paid. As said earlier, I prefer e-mail communication rather than phone call.

当日来るのは合計10名です。昼から夕方までは、東京近郊で少し撮影をする予定ですが、どこか良い場所があったら教えてください。会場に着いてからは、彼らと触れ合う様子やリハーサルの様子等を撮影したいと思います。イベント後に彼らにコメントをもらえるとありがたいです。彼の出演は大体何曲目くらいになりそうですか？彼がステージに上がる時、煽るような形で観客を盛り上げてほしいので、その段取り等に関しては当日相談させてください。ホテルほか、行程が最終決定したので、添付確認ください。

I expect total 10 people to particiate in the day event. What I am thinking is to do some photo sessions somewhere in Tokyo suberb from noon to late afternoon. Please let me know if you have any idea of the locations. Once we get the event place, I suggest we will shoot interaction with them and rehearsaling time. It is good if we will get their comments after the event. Please also let me know at which point, or which song is done, he will show up on the stage. I would like him to stir up the audiences at the time of his appearnce. Let's discuss how to make it happen when we meet. The itinerary including accomodation is finalized now, and you will see the details as attached.
