私は、仕事としての翻訳経験はありませんが、アメリカの大学を卒業していますので、英語の読み書きは、専門用語が余程多くなければ、全く不自由しません。
　日英、英日、どちらの翻訳もできます。

I don't have translating experience on the job, but I graduated from Univeresity in the U.S, so I have no problem reading and writing in English whatsoever, unless it has significant amount of technical term.
I can do both English to Japanese and Jpanese to English.
