Here are some complaints to the M12 standard lens! It was too hard to bring a camera to focus, and the picture element number was MegaPixel!↵
with some tests, I found it needs list 2 millions to make use of GoPro sensor!!
to seeking a compact, high-resolution, distortionless, priceless lends, I finally got one that is SL813M made by Theia!!
This lends is very light, easy to focus and has 5MP of resolution!! It is amazing!!

The problem with the M12 standard lens is that it's very hard to bring a target into focus and when the number of pixels was MegaPixel, it was full of complaints.↵
I tried many lenses and felt that at least 2 millions of picture element would be necessary to take advantage of the GoPro sensor!!
The lens I sought was compact, high resolution and low distortion and if low price was necessary, Theia's SL813M was wonderful.
This lens is very light and easy to focus and its graphic mode is 5MP, it is amazing. ;)
