As I told you last time, a glass panel I had ordered was also cracked before. This is why I have asked you to pack up very carefully, especially not to crack the glass panel without fail.
The packing this time has not been done carefully at all.
There are no cushioning materials and since the double carton boards are just layered, they do not function at all.
My claim would not go through USPS as the packing is too bad.
But I would use the product by replacing the glass panel.
Please refund $140 for the glass panel fee as I would buy it by myself.
