昨日は国際見本市のおしらせとミーティングの日程調整のメールをありがとうございました。
折角国際展示会お誘い頂いたのですが、新型コロナウイルスの拡大を考慮し、現在弊社では海外の出張を停止しています。新商品など拝見したいのですが、参加できず申し訳ございません。代表の方を初め、スタッフの皆様にお会いできず残念です。
次回の見本市にはぜひ参加したいと思っております。引き続き御社のご支援とご協力をよろしくお願い致します。今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

I appreciate the email about adjustment of schedule of the meeting and notification of international trade fair you sent to me yesterday. I hate to say, but as we are concerned about expansion of the new Corona virus, we stopped going abroad on business. We would like to see the new items, but cannot participate in it. We apologize about it. We are sorry that we cannot see a representative and staffs.
We are going to participate in the trade fair next time. We appreciate your continuous support and cooperation. Thank you very much again.
