これはT#の前にAがついているために、T#だけでは検索できないということです。
T#の前にAがついている場合には、Aを一緒に検索すれば検索可能です。
Aがついている場合と、Aがついていない場合があります。
これはGTMではなく、Uから送られてくる情報にAがついている為発生してるようです。
この変更は今回のロンチで発覚したようで、今まではみなさんもご存知のとおりこのケースはありませんでした。
Aがついていない場合はいままでどおり検索可能です。

This happens because there is A in the information from U, not because of GTM.
This change was found in this launch, and as you know, such case has not been found before.
You can search as before in the case that there isn’t A.
