学生時代にボランティアで認知症の施設で音楽療法の実習と、保育園でリトミックの実習をした際、私は音楽はこの資料に書かれている「他者とのつながりを感じるツール」であると強く実感しました。
歴史上、音楽は言語よりも先に発生したと言われています。
音楽は人間にとって社会的関係を築く重要なツールなのだと思います。
