お世話になります。去年ペイパル経由で商品を注文しましたが、決済側の何らかのエラーにより注文確定には至らなかった注文が2件あります。2件ともペイパル決済で既に引き落としのみかかっている状態です。ペイパルに連絡してキャンセルを何度かお願いしましたが、売り手側からしか手続きができないとの一点張りで困っています。以下にお伝えするペイパル決済IDを貴社にお伝えし、キャンセル手続きをして頂ければ返金されるとの事でしたので、以下2点のペイパルIDのキャンセルを希望します。宜しくお願いします

Thanks for your service. I ordered items via PayPal last year, but there were 2 orders which could not be confirmed due to some kind of an error at payment side. Both 2 cases are already withdrawn by PayPal. I contacted PayPal several times to cancel, but they keep saying that only seller side can cancel so I'm troubled. They said if I inform you the following PayPal payment ID to you and you process cancellation, I would get refund so please kindly cancel following 2 PayPal ID. Thank you in advance.
