当店は年間1000個以上の商品を海外へ販売しています。
ドイツのお客様へも商品を多数発送していますが、今回のようなケースは初めてです。

その郵便配達員があなたへ伝えた税金が、もしあなたの国が定める法律に従った税金ならば我々は関与することが出来ません。

しかし売り手が支払わなかった不足税金などは聞いたことがありません。
それらの税金の詳細が記載された書類の写真を送っていただけますか？

我々はその書類を確認し、
お客様にこのような税金の支払い義務があるのか、A社へ問い合わせを行います。

We have shipped many products to German customers as well and have never encountered a case like this.
