備考: 楽器を購入したが状態が良くなかったのでお店への問合せのメールです

貴店から購入した商品の状態は悪いけどそのまま使う事にします。ただ修理が必要なので修理費を負担して下さい。あと新品だと思って購入しましたが貴店のページに傷等の説明がなかったので一部返金して欲しいです。

問題のあった部分は下記の通り。

プレート部や木管部に銀磨きクリームが残っていた
プレート部に細かい傷がいっぱいある
コルクやパッドが適当に付けてある
～の内側にへこみ傷がある
～が歪んでいて、そのままでは使えない

修理代金～円、状態が悪かった分～円の合計～円の返金希望です。

Though the goods that I bought from your store was bad I had to use it. But it required some repair to be done so kindly bear the repair cost. I bought it under the assumption that it was brand new and there was no mention of the scratch in your store's page, so I would like to get a partial refund.

The parts with fault were as below.

The silver polishing craem was residued in the plate or woodwind part
There were many minute scratches in the plate
The cork or pad is not fit suitably
Have a dent on the inside of ~
~is distorted and cannot be used as it is.

I would like you to pay back repair cost ~YEN, cost of portion that were bad ~ YEN and a Total of ~YEN.
