大使館の代理受賞に関しては、恐らく私から働きかけてもあまり意味を為さないでしょう。
ボスニア、クロアチアで賞を頂いた際は主催者側からお声掛けを頂いていた筈です。

As for award receiving for a representative at the Embassy, it will make not much sense even though I work for that.
When given the Bosnia and Croatia awards, there was an asking from the organizer.
