ランプの破損があったため、返品を希望致します。到着からクレームを出すまでに時間がかかってしまった理由は、引っ越しの片づけで荷物の開梱が遅れたためです。全額返金を希望しておりますが、一部返金でも交渉は可能です。

I would like to return the item as the lamp was broken.
It took a while to file a complaint after arrival of the item as I was too busy with moving to open the package.
Although I would like a full refund, I would also consider receiving a partial refund.
