4. B社からは、上記２、３の明確な回答が無いので、現時点では、A社が再精製したオーラノフィンを購入する可能性は、かなり低い事となった。
5. よって、C社は、下記の要求を行う事にした。
・オーラノフィンを返品するので、全額の返金を要求
※これは、POに記載されているRamarks11に基づく当社の正当な権利である。
・もし要求を受け入れられない場合は、○○裁判所に訴訟を起こすとともに、スペインor EUの○○省にも相談する事を考えている。

4. There are no clear explanation for the above point NO.2 & 3 from B company, so at present, we think the possibility to purchase auranofin which A company re-purified is very low.
5. Thus, C company decided to make the following requirements.
・They'll return auranofin, so they require its refund by all cost.

・If they cannot accept this, we'll consider about bringing a lawsuit at ○○ court and consult ○○ Department of Spain or EU.
