PACKAGE ID ○○について質問です。売り手の名前やトラッキング番号で調べてみたのですが、自分が注文したどの商品が到着したのかわかりませんでした。到着しました商品は添付しました画像の商品でしょうか？お返事お待ちしています。

I would like to ask about PACKAGE ID ○○. I could not find out which item which I ordered just arrived despite I investigated with the seller's name and the tracking number. Is the item which was delivered the one shwn in the picture attached? I am looking forward to your reply.
