ところが、アカウントが開設されたと思ったら、アカウントが一時的に保留され、下記の案内が届きました。


よく調べると、私が添付したAMEXの明細に「旧住所」が載っていたので、それが問題なのかもしれないと気づきました。

AMEXに問い合わせたところ、住所変更し、現住所が載っている明細が発行されるのは２週間以上かかると言われました。

時間がかかるので、私はとりあえず、現住所が載っている水道料金の明細を添付して送りました。

しかし、一時保留されたままで、セラーセントラルが使えなくなりました。

As soon as the account was opened, it was temporarily suspended and I received the below notice.

As I looked into it, I noticed that the AMEX statement I attached had an old address and that could have caused the suspension.

When I inquired with AMEX, I was told it would take more than 2 weeks to change the address and issue a new statement with the current address.

Since it takes time, I sent a water utility statement with the current address.

But the account is kept suspended and I cannot use Seller Central.
