前回、必要書類を提出した際、クレジットカードの明細に記載されてあった住所が、旧住所だったので、アカウントが一時停止になっておりました

現住所が記載されたAMEX明細が発行されたので、添付いたします。明細１枚目の左下に現住所が載ってます

また、再度パスポート画像と運転免許証の画像も添付いたします。運転免許証は日本の場合、裏面に現住所が記載されます。運転免許証の表面は旧住所です。顔写真が載っている面が表で、写真がないほうが裏です

ご確認の上、アカウントを再開していただければ幸いです。

When the necessary paperwork were submitted last time, the address on the credit card statement was the old one and because of that, the account was temporarily suspended.

AMEX statement with the current address is issued so I have attached it. You can find the current address on the bottom left of the 1st page of the statement.

I have also attached the photos from the passport and the driver's licence. Driver's licence in Japan has the current address on the back. The front side of the driver's licence has the old address. The side with the picture is the front and the side without the photo is the back.

Please check the attached and it'd be appreciated if you can resume the account.
