Mを変更するには、まずはCのセクション1のみを取引先に提示をし、承認をもらってから、PMDAと相談して、最終的に変更ができます。もちろんCの全文ではなく、セクション1のみです。今、手続きが進まず、滞っているので、御社の助けが必要です。Mの変更がちゃんと終わらないと、次の発注に影響がありますので、助けてください。
