The parcel was sent August 28th by surface international small packet which was what the postage paid allowed for. International small packet class of mail is not trackable, no tracking number available. One the receipt you will see the abbreviation JP for Japan. Surface mail can take between 4 to 10 weeks to arrive. We have no doubt that it will arrive.

荷物は8月28日、送料内で収まるよう国際船便小型配送物として発送されました。国際小型配送物では追跡できず、追跡番号は付きません。レシートにあるJPという略語は日本のことです。船便では4週間から10週間かかります。必ず着くと確信しています。
