キャンセルポリシーにより、いかなる理由でも当日のキャンセルは１００％のキャンセル料がかかります。
すでにツアーの予約がいっぱいでしたので数件の他の予約の要望もお断りもしております。
まだ土曜日に空きがありますのでお客様の時間があればそちらのツアーの参加をお勧めいたします。
急な病気で参加できなかったのは残念に思いますが、１００％のキャンセル料のお支払いをお願い致します。
