ご無沙汰しております。
突然、私事の御連絡で恐縮です。
小職は●月●日付けを以て●●を退職することに致しました。
（出社は今月一杯です）
●●在職中は公私共々大変お世話になりました。
今後は輸出入貿易に参入し、商売を始めます。
当初は輸入に集中して取り組みますが、いずれは中国やアジアを
ターゲットに日本製品の輸出にも取り組みたいと考えております。
仕事柄、●●へ仕事で行くこともあると思います。
その時はまた、どこかでお会いすることもあるかもしれませんね。

I would like to express my appreciation for everything you did while I belonged to the company.
After leaving the company, I will start a new business entering the export/import field.
I will begin my new business as an importer for a while, and then I am thinking of starting to export Japanese items to China or other countries in Asia in the future.
