Oubah さんに以前質問したのですが、2018年のインポートVATの還付も可能ですか？
2018年のc79がいくつか行方不明で、還付を受けるために再発行をOubah に依頼しました

スプレッドシートを見た所、黄色のラインがありませんでした。
記入すべき情報とは何ですか？
「SALE_DEPART_COUNTRY」が空欄ですので、UKと記入すべきですか？
同様に「ARRIVAL」は送付した国を記入するのですか？

I have already asked Oubah-san some before, but am I able to pay import VAT of 2018 back?
Since some of 2018's c79 are missing I have requested to Oubah-san reissuing to get a return.

As I read through the spread sheep you sent me, I did not see any yellow lines.
Which parts are the things I need to fill in?
"SALE_DEPART_COUNTRY" This part is empty, then should I enter UK in here?
And one more thing, should I enter the receiving country in "ARRIVAL" column?
