下記3つの商品につきまして商標侵害の警告を受けました。
下記の商品は日本の商品で弊社は製造メーカーから直接購入しています。
これらのメーカーが訴えを起こしているとは考えられません。
そこで、訴えを起こしている人物、もしくは法人の名称と問題になっている商標を教えて下さい。
これらの商品を販売することは考えていませんが、今回のことは
中国人のセラーがよく行っている商標ビジネスではないのかと私は疑っています。
あるいは正当な権利を持った法人の訴えであれば、日本のメーカーにその事実を確認します

We got the admonishment of the trademark infringement for the below three items.
The below items are Japanese one and we purchase them directly from the manufacturer.
It is not impossible to consider these makers get the appeal up.
So, please tell me the person or corporation who gets the appeal up, and the trademark which is in question.
We do not think we will sell these items, but I doubt it would be the trademark business that Chinese sellers are often doing.
If it t is the appeal by the corporation that has the equity, we will confirm the fact to the Japanese manufacturer.
